Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Bangladesh, is an International Voluntary Development Organization. We are going to appoint a female person to strengthen our Peace Team’s capacity to promote peace building skills and activities in the organization and with our  partner NGOs. The person specification along with major responsibilities are stated below. Designation: Peace Program Supervisor Starting Salary: Tk. 17,419 per month Based in: Mymensingh Academic qualification: Graduate in any discipline, masters preferred  Major Responsibilities: Deliver trainings and workshops in Building Relationships, Conflict Transformation and other topics relating to peace building with diverse groups. Follow up and monitor the outcomes of the training delivered. Network with other agencies in Bangladesh doing peace building/conflict transformation work. Assist the Peace Team in budgeting and monitoring.
