Deputy Manager/ Asst Manager (Marketing & Sales): 04
Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:
  • Keeping the view in mind we are searching some dynamic and efficient Professional for the following positions who will reach the destination.
  • Strong negotiation skill and good sales & marketing knowledge.
  • Building establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
  • To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization
  • Ready to visit clients in different business centers for business development on day to day basis.
  • To monitor and carry out instructions to the sales team and look after the overall office administration.
  • The aspirant must possess effective communication & motivational skills, be a hand-on decision maker with a dynamic approach to the teams leadership
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
  • Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
  • The applicant should have strong leadership quality, capable of instant decision making power.
  • Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
Educational Requirements: Educational experience MBA or Masters Degree.
Experience Requirements:
  • Experienced in Land Project.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area (S) Real estate/ developer, (Specially land project) Direct selling.
  • The applicants should have 4-5 years experience in the following area (S) Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client service/ Public relation.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age between 30 - 32 Years (S)
  • Should be well speaking in English.
  • Candidate must be smart and self motivated.
  • Must be good in interpersonal skill.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work as a part of team.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills to convince/ managing clients.
  • Must have Computer basic operation skill and have good command in MS Office.
  • Candidates from real estate, pharmaceutical and Insurance sector will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable with attractive remuneration package will be offered to qualified candidates.
Sr. Executive/ Executive (Marketing & Sales): 20
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
  • Keeping the view in mind we are searching some dynamic and efficient Professional for the following positions who will reach the destination.
  • To maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
  • Must have verifiable accomplishments in strategically planning implementing and improving the sales status of the organization.
  • Responsible to develop and implement aggressive marketing and sales Strategies.
  • Able to meet the sales target.
  • Excellent communication skills with Clients.
  • Design and develop marketing plan and activities as per direction.
Educational Requirements: Educational experience BBA/MBA or Masters Degree in any discipline.  
Experience Requirements:
  • Experienced in Land Project.
  • The applicants should have 2-3 years experience in Real Estate/ Developer will be preferable.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area (S) Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, / Client service/ Public relation.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area (S) Real estate/ developer, (Specially land project) Direct selling.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail correspondence.
  • Must be presentable on sales, proactive and result oriented.
  • Excellent communication both in English and Bengali.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Age between 28 to 30 Years (S).
  • Candidates from real estate, pharmaceutical and Insurance sector will be given preference.
