BRAC Dairy and Food Project is seeking applications from qualified, energetic and creative persons for the post of ‘Sr. Manager, Maintenance’. Posts: 1 (One) Job Description: Plan and manage all maintenance functions (both Electrical & Mechanical) of plant. Scheduling staff assignments and supervising employees. Development of equipment & processes to aid in the manufacturing process. Study new & existing machinery and facilities and recommend or select efficient combinations (Lean Machining). Responsible for the implementation and tracking/corrective actions for the Production Process. Carry out risk assessments in all areas of Production Department. Prepare annual budget for Maintenance Department. Fully implement and maintain ISO 22000:2005 Certified System requirements, including training and verification Qualifications Required: Minimum B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from any reputed university Minimum Two first class/ division in educational career Minimum 7 yrs experience in related field Training on Supply Chain Management Have a thorough understanding of departmental operations Good communication in Bangla & English Excellent computer knowledge on MS Office Age limit: Minimum 35 yrs Job location: Gazipur Salary: Negotiable Others Benefits: Insurance, Festival Bonuses, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity & others
