Biography:
Hrishitta was born in Mumbai. As a child she liked dancing and used to take dance lessons, was very athletic and believed in keeping fit right from her school days. She completed her education from Trinity College, London and always aspired to be a pilot. But after returning to India, she took Kathak lessons from Choreographer Shiamak Davar and also some modeling assignments. Further, when she auditioned for the Liril advertising campaign she was promoptly selected and became the Liril girl with the cute smile.
Her screen presence in the Aryans' video added to her popularity, to
such an extent that she was recommended by a close friend of the Bachchan family for a lead role in Shararat opposite Abhishek Bachchan. But Asoka opposite Shahrukh Khan was released before Shararat and that became her debut movie in Bollywood. It was Haasil that brought major turn into her career. In 2008 she has appeared in IshQ Bector's music video Daaku Daddy with Shakti Kapoor.
